Navision Help Desk Support Representative

Access IT is a nationally recognized Gold Certified Microsoft Partner who specializes in Microsoft Dynamics NAV. We have continued to experience strong growth and have an opening for a support specialist to help our clients get the most from their business software investment.

This is not your typical “application support” position. Our client base is diverse and every day will bring new and interesting challenges.

We require strong software and accounting problem solving skills, we are looking for someone who could be described as:

  • Organized and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Self starter with ability to research and self-train on application functionality
  • A good communicator, both written and verbal, who also possesses strong interpersonal skills
  • Accounting background (a BIG plus)
  • Experienced in supporting Dynamics NAV Financials, Distribution, and Manufacturing (a BIG plus)
  • Have strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze application data and transaction flows
  • Take ownership of open support issues, troubleshoot data results, and effectively communicate the status and resolution to both internal staff and to the end users at our client base
  • Certified in Dynamics NAV
